Hello Sir/Mam;
I had received an offer letter signed by company's VP,special initiative.As asked on mail I had sent the letter of acceptance and I had sent the required documents been asked .I even got my i-card,bio metric access 1st month stipend but later I received a mail from the HR in that company that since your joining formalities hasn't been completed your offer letter isn't valid.I tried meeting him but he was not ready to meet.I want to know can an HR directly send a mail when the offer letter has been issued by VP,special initiative,is there no method an HR should follow to intimate the formalities (if any) to be completed.
