Well Akhil, you have a good experience in this line but as we all know that we can see these Customer Service jobs for a long term perspective and cant rely on it too..But Customer service careers in the airline industry are one of the top career options for the people who want to get associated with this high-flying industry and you have done it well bcz of your good 5 years experience..so you need to ask yourselves first where you wanna go..its you who have spent 5 years with a Airline, you know how to deal with peoples and how to manage your customers, how to administrate and how to manage the other activities...You can get a place in Administration also...
But if you really are looking for some other profession or have anything in your mind what making you feel like switching job thn you must have to consider your this large industry experience.. your age maybe near to 29-30 if i maybe right..you have already achv a age and from now you have to be too serious about your career bcz your every single step is important at this stage...
From there you can go for CABIN CREW which is the best option for you. Because it is a job that requires you to service customers – it is important that you can empathise with them. If you have a stiff personality and are unable to relate to people then you will not be good at this job. You will be required to show your employees that you can successfully commit to their customers in order to give them the service they expect as paying customers. Hope you getting my point..
Now going furthur i would like to know more about you what you think and want in this regard...rest in my next response..but dear think about it..WHAT EXACTLY YOU WANT AND WHERE YOU WANNA GO BCZ YOU ALREADY HAVE TOOK A STEP IN YOUR LIFE AND SPENT 5 LONGS YEARS OF IT...
