Respected seniors, I am working in a private textile company. it does not have any separate HR. It is a small firm. only the owner is the manager. I am working there for the past 1 year. now I want to apply for an MBA. can I get a work experience certificate from my office? If so, will that be valid for qualification?

Well, it is you who knows about the company, culture, work style and procedure & policies because you have spent a good time with them as an employee, and one year is enough to know whether you will get your experience certificate or not, so you better knows the answer of your question.
As you shared that there is no proper HR department setup that can facilitate you but the Manager cum Owner of company who is handling all the HR and other activities, so would suggest you to speak to him directly once and for sure you will get it.
Second, you shared nothing about your present education qualification, work experience and position holding, therefore, it would be better if you share these details with us enabling us to guide you for further education.
