Hi Reshma
If already the company is deducting on 6500/- then there is no issues. As part of the employee salary they can contribute on entire basic as voluntary contribution & company can restrict to 6500/- Here company will not loose anything but employee can save more as PF.

Hai sir,
One of our employee's salary is 28,000/-, if he wants to contribute his PF voluntarily, then his share will be 780+780=1560 is it correct. Then i have a doubt how to pay the challan for the same. Now the challan is paid in ECR format so how can i make it.
It will be greatful if you suggest me some examples on this.
And thanks a lot for your reply.

Hai sir,
I understand that i have to deduct total amount from employees l.e., employer share too and then what about 1.61%.
1.61% is this should be deducted from employee, if then i have to deduct 25.6% from the employee right.
780+780+105(1.61%) is this correct.
Thanks & Regards
