I worked in company A and joined company B showing acceptance of resignation letter. Now company A provided me all the documents including relieving letter but the relieving date is similar to joining date of B. Now I am joining company C so would that 1 day be considered as case of Dual Employment.

Greetings,
If B employed you accepting the relieving documents from Firm A , you have few reasons to worry.
Dual employment is a cause of concern for the existing employer where the date of joining and relieving might clash.
Have Firm C questioned you for this ?
It shouldn't matter to them. Here's a case I managed years back. We had hired an employee with a green card to send him for an offshore assignment at the earliest . his existing employer wasn't ready to relieve him and delayed it as much as they could . Finally the day they relieved him was just a day before he had to leave for the passport procedure at the embassy. So we completed his joining formalities on the same day he was relieved and helped him attend the meeting at the embassy next day.
Its entirely employer's prerogative to consider such case. Honestly, it hardly impacts in the long run.
Wish you all the best !

My joining in C is scheduled for first week in August, Hence the verification would start after that.
Just wish to know if something cud be done well on time,
Could you tell me what all details the current employer ask from the previous employer?
Thanks again for your time and support.

Don't worry be at ease, as rightly pointed out by (Cite Contribution) it is the prerogative of the current employer to consider the case. One of my friend whose last working day happened to be Friday and their company was following 5 day in a week. My friend joined his new employer on Saturday itself i.e. next day and when he received his relieving letter the Weekly off were considered, so it was dual employment for 2 days, but his new employer considered his joining as Saturday itself without any ambiguity
