good information.... but in Provident fund and Misc act 1952, the description of form 10 D is incorrect as it is used in case of death of member instead of form 20 Pls correct me if wrong

Dear Sir,
On behalf of Work Order/ Job contract you may issue Form V from your side (if your are principle employer). On behalf of Form V Labour Office will provide you a challan for deposit amount on the basis of no. of job hands. A copy of challan vide which you have deposited licence fee, may be submitted until you get Labour Licence from the Labour Office.
