Hi,
All citehr members
I want your help, suggestions and support urgently. Actually I am going to join new company in coming days. I myself will look all matters of company like HR,ADMIN And Statuary Compliances.


I can look independently all HR and Admin matters and job responsibilities.



I was looking all Statuary with my College in Last company.



But in this new company I have to look all Statuary Compliances my self independently. I am afraid that how I will look all these matters? there may be mistakes from me.


So this is my request to all of you please send me reply, attachments of file which give me valuable information about STATUARY COMPLIANCE like;
1) 1. When,where, Which returns and challans we have to send?
2) 2.What is due date and what documents we have to attached?
3) 3.What functions I have to look in STATUARY COMPLIANCE?

I am very nervous, please help me soon. I am waiting for your reply.
I WOULD BE VERY THANK FULL TO ALL OF YOU.

You can find many excel files, pdf files in this matter by using the reSearch in this forum.
Don't be panic. Once you go through all the statutory acts applicable to your industry thoroughly, then there will be no problem with the compliance..
Don't forget to update your knowledge.

Hi this is not the time of scaring of these things but to learn and know all about them. Now you know that what you are going to handle there so you, first have to make a To Do list for you. Take this as a opportunity for you, take this as a Assignment/Project for you.
For Example:
First, you have to make a list what you have to do or what not.
- You need to make a search for every possible information for Statutory Compliance.
- You need to have knowledge about the required docs and other Statutory requirements
- You can take the help of old records and databank on the same of your new employer.
- You can take the help of your seniors.
