Campus recruitment procedure could be :
First you have to identify the best college / B- school in & around India
Find the type of candidates they have , i mean to say the educational background they have.
Match the qualifications with your requirements & if that matches then go ahead for the campus recruitment
before going you should intimate the college / institutes about your interest to come for the campus recruitment.
Talk to placement officer of that institute ask for the brochure & also placement report
Before going for interview you should be ready with the company presentation.
Once you are there for the interview then give the presentation to the students, after the presentation ask them about their interest to apply for the same so you will get only those who are interested.
then follow your normal recruitment procedure
