Thanks for your reply. You are right. Training Calendar is prepared on the basis of Training Needs identified for the employees of the organisation but from where these trainings can be provided is also an important part of calendar. It may differ from company to company.

Database of relevant resource persons and associated allied requirements may already be in place in the company which needs to be consolidated / reinforce and updated by the new incumbent assigned the job. This job of filling the Gaps of resources is expected to be done by the person handling the portfolio of training/HR/Admin as per the targetted training plan (Trg. Calender) of that particular co.
