There r so many reasons for attrition but whatever we do as a project is of little use to the company.....can anyone show a real life situation where their project is of useful to the company.....anyhow companies r concerned abt attrition but they take steps which is of little use to the employee.....in most companies the HR jobs ends wit selection and recruitment and then issuing salary.....and some times training and development......there is absolutely no industrial relations in IT companies......so all HR need to look into this and make HR to shine in the future

Hi all i'm new to tis group. I'm Monathy and doing my MBA HR. al posts are very useful.
