We have Dearness allowance component in our comapany and no special allowance , so still this changes made should affect us

Dear Sampada,

Which Dearness Allowance are you referring to, Fixed DA or Variable DA? If you are paying the DA applicable to your scheduled employment, you need not worry. However, if the DA you are currently paying along with the Basic salary exceeds the current Minimum wages, then you are not violating the law.

Please mention under which scheduled employment you are falling and the wages paid. If the wages are above the Minimum Wages, it shouldn't affect you.
