certainly one should appreciate sahil's opinion... doing business z playing game with challenges around the world. mr. raju did business being business man hez taken a risk but one thing he forget that one man canot do any thing if size is more. there should require somebody's help. he given hope to somany but establishing is an art also withstanding for a long time. as business is diversifying need proper strategy to carve the way to reach destiny.... my opinion to letter is why employee should stand behind the company? recently i have read a messez "love your job but not ur company". giving employeement is one thing and making to lead till destination is other thing. mr. raju got sucess in former thing and failed in second thing...... from the lesson of satyam every should learn "love ur job and also ur compny."

What I understand from this discussion is that everybody is extremely mesmerised by the unity of Satyam employees in doing wrong deeds too. Same behaviour in a government organisation is looked down upon and labelled as laziness, cheating on part of government employees. Why then should they be treated the other way?
Secondly, any wrong done to uphold the image of a company does not absolve a person of his crimes. Cheating is cheating whatever may be the reason for doing it. No Robinhood can be found in today's world. If really they are they should be doing great deal of charity. Paying 57000 employees for their time spent for the company was no charity. Noone today does it for others without selfish motives.
Now if a government employee does same deeds to uphold the image of his organisation, will it be taken in good spirits?
Thirdly, since all employees do something wrong does not mean a senior person doing serious fraud is approved.
But I appreciate only one point that whatever wrong the senior management does, employees should not lose their unity and support future endeavours of the company for their benefit.
Please think over from both the angles before jumping to a conclusion and labeling a person as a good person or a criminal. If this is not the case no courts and lawyers are required.
I hope people will agree to my view point.

sahil's post on satyam was too good. He though emphasised on raju, but i truly feel that it is a big fault and lenient effprt of the HR staff for not properly monitoring the companies policies.
It is a shame for all the HR Managers of SAtyam. I REALLY BLAME YOU ALL FOR THIS IMPROFESSIONAL APPROACH.
