In my current organisation - Management has fired one employee without giving any notice due to lack of performance and prior to this she has received the two oral warning from them. Although the employee wanted to resign but management asked her to leave immediately after submitting the assets.

1. So can we send her the termination letter?
2. Is this going to backfire us in any case?
3. Is it appropriate?
