After going there what i felt it is very simple application like our MS- Office. If you practiced with the software in your PC with some basic guidelines, you can work on that..

You shared a good knowledge about Sap-HR. But the thing is in the present scenario of Sap-HR requirements we need more domain experience. And 2 yrs is not at all enough and believe me now the companies are asking experience in Sap even that too min 3+yrs. I have completed Sap-HR but again settled as HR-Executive in a S/W Company. Even all the institutes you mentioned are not able to assist HR professionals not even Reliance.
Iam Sorry if you feel iam discouraging but this is the fact which i myself experienced and also seen people with very good Sap-HR knowledge without jobs.
