I have recently joined a company and discovered that the organization has issued 461 warnings within a period of 6 months, and its staff complement is about 201. I find this very alarming and kindly seek help in either a process or a method on how to change the organization's view of penalizing employees and instead build a harmonious relationship between management and employees.
Kindly assist me with a presentation on labor practices or organizational development or transformation.
