This is a good example set up by Prof. Raj in the story about "Winds of Change". If anybody fails to understand the change or blocks the path of change, then he will fail to survive.

This is very good story for understanding the concept of Managment of change . We should FOLLOW the concept of continual improvent.

Good Morning Prof Raj
It's a nice story of Frog to explain the Organisational behaviour to respond to changes.
However as explained by Ms Radha, the response to changes have to come from Top , then it autonatically comes down the level.
