A holiday or weekly off that is sandwitched b/n the two leaves will be treated as leave only...
if an employee takes a leave on friday saturday and remains present on monday then the sunday will be a paid day only.
Not in the private companies also many PSUs are following this method only.
**note holiday and weekly offs are treated equally in leave calculation.
