I appreciate what you say. However you need to understand that there are plenty of people who have lost due to recession. This was not for database. Company's id was not given coz many a times the mail sever doesn't work. As you mentioned that people are already qualified and they know what to ask. Also job descrtiption and the name of the company cannot be displayed for the sake of it. Unless the resume matches.In anycase no one is answerable and the candidates have nothing to loose.
