Nice to hear from both of you. Mine is also the same case. I came to India with the consent of the company as I was not well, and the reason to come to India was also my bad health. However, I couldn't go back, so they reported me as absconding. It's been 10 years now since I came back in 2004. Still, until last year, the ban is there, and the employer is not ready to talk. My visa was of Jebel Ali Free Zone. How can I lift the ban if the employer is not ready to help?
