Hi Sankaraprasanthi,
It is the Register of persons employed. According to Section 75, all contractors are supposed to maintain a register in respect of each establishment where they have employed their labor.

Rule 75 of the Contract Labour (Regulation and Abolition) Central Rules, 1971, prescribes that every contractor shall maintain a "Register of persons employed" in respect of each registered establishment where they employ contract labour, in a register in Form XIII. A copy of Form XIII is attached herewith.
