Yes it does spreads a warm feeling for the employee. That his or her Birthday is remebered. In my case we have many branch offices and franchisees sperad in different states. This is really creating a bond as all the employees forward the card to one. And every one wishes the person on his/her special day.

Nice card, dear, but I'm still trying to understand if these cards really help us in the long run. I have worked in a BPO earlier, and no one ever bothered to take that card with them. It was always disposed of within a few minutes of giving them.
