Mm CV is too lengthy
One shud not be that much lengh
CV always shud be breif.. and the explanation must be given at the time of interview.. which clearly shows the command over english there
Seems he had pasted the matter searching from Google..
anywayz can call for interview... to test whether he really stand with that CV r not

I think this CV was made up by a fresher to bag an opportunity.CV contains unwanted jargons.These jargons will not be there if the person was performing these functions.As one of our member already pointed out one person cannot perform all these tasks in the with the same efficiency..
CV is very complex and irritating as well.On the whole candidate might not a get a chance for an interview.
As a soft skill trainer I see people who cut copy paste ready made cvs from the net.Those cvs will have nothing to do with them.There should be some orientation given to job seekers in the case of cv writing.

This is just so interesting. I'm loving it. Look at the amount of interest the CV has generated, and surprisingly, most of us who have claimed not to have time to go through such lenghty CV's, have all just done that. ;)
In continuation to what Yamini said, maybe its all about perception. (Octavius, your 18 monkeys are still jumping around in some remote corner of my brain, looks like:)) Maybe the candidate only wanted to make sure that he/she does get through for an interview.
It could be plagiarism, or plain creativity who knows better than the applicant.
Peer, if I may, please do give this applicant your attention and let all of us know once and for all whether the candidate is a genius or "Prof Gilderoy Lockhart"!

The Above Cv Mentions Only The Typical Hr Functions, It Does Not Reflect Real Professional Experience. He Should Mention Specifically The Task Assigned To Him, His Designation & Accountability And His Achievemaents Within The Company Highlighting The Extraordinary Achiement.

In my experience, an HR manager can propose a manpoweer budget... i have :) and was asked to do so.

I feel its a fake CV. Lots of repetation in the summary & too bg for recruiter. Actually we should bold the main KRA’s so we could get the right place for a job.

I. XYZ Corp. (July, 06 - Date) under the heading of "Recruitment/ Selection/Training" pick 5-7 most important accomplishments. Keep "Compensation & Benefits".
II. Use three headings:
Employment
Compensation & Benefits
System Development
Concentrate on including the information that interests a prospective employer. A resume is merely a ticket to the interview. Make it a mystery so that the employer wants to hear more.

It was nice Index for a nice book On HR Management
CV needs to be read in reklation to the position.
1. If this CV is for a Junior level position, I still will call him and try to understand what all he has done.
2. If it is senior level, I still will call him and find out whether he has really done this in 4 years.
3. If it is for Trainee, I wont call him
