Mr. Raman, I absolutely agree with your points... There are certain people who just choose this profession for the value / respect they gain from others and they really do not handle things properly... On the other Hand, there are people who dedicate everything for HR... and get Blames as the credits....
That too the Stats of HR's @ SME's are the most pitiest...
