Hi Raaj,
I fully agree with your views. But before that we need to finalise about regionwise coordinators to take a lead on that particular region. I also welcome the suggestion from the people for location. My suggestions are Pune, Goa or Hyd. We need to think about the cost effectiveness also.

iam very happy to know ur proposal.
here i tried to make a Hr meet (inspired by U) but got very poor responce. but still iam trying my level best.

But now i dont want to miss the meet.

Don't get disheartened. It is not an easy job. Even I faced the same problem when I organized it in Bangalore. Finally, I got in touch with four to five members as volunteers and discussed, took the decisions and then informed to the members about the event, so that we got a very good response from the people for participation.
You can also try the same. You with one or two others who are interested join together, take decisions and intimate to the members about the event. You will get a positive response.
