Please let me know if a factory (JV of two country) have 40-45 manpower in manufacturing unit in Gujarat, which compliance is applicable? Please help with your valuable advises.

Since your "Factory/Industrial Establishment is located in the State of Gujarat and must have applied for and obtained all necessary licenses/approvals from the Gujarat State Government Appointed Authorities", you need to follow all the Acts and Rules (employment-related, factory-related, environment-related, etc., gazetted and applicable to your establishment.

Forget not to also implement, with immediate effect, all the provisions of the Sexual Harassment of Women at Workplace (Prevention, Prohibition & Redressal) Act 2013 and the Central Rules gazetted thereunder on 9.12.2013.

Also, advise the Board of Directors of your company to immediately take action to comply with the recently amended Companies (Accounts) Rules 2014 gazetted on 31.7.2018.
