NO, You do not have to show fake experience in resume, Honesty should be there as HR guys. A truth is always have its special position. You would get good opportunity with truth. There are many companies who need fresh blood as well. Go ahead.!

Hi Senthil !
I can understand your frustration of not getting a job for lack of experience.It's indeed a paradox that freshers are expected to have experience ! But don't fall for the trap.I spent my career in a PSU and saw guys losing their jobs ten/twelve years after joining because they had given false caste certificate at the time of joining.Imagine their plight.No where to go in middle age with a blemished record behind.So best is put your belief in 'Satyamev Jayatey' ie., Truth Alone Prevails.
