Still then I would just like to add that I ususally also probe into a candidates future plans like where he/she wants to see hmself or herself in the next two years time .I try to identify the kind of plans we have for that job role with his/her expectations .If it matches then it definitely send a positive message to me.

Our clients hire competent job applicants and/or job applicants who can become competent who also have an adequate or better talent for the job. We must hire talent since talent cannot be acquired or imparted after the hire. Our clients don't hire the most competent unless they also have adequate or better talent.
