Hi,
My organization has already created and delivered Level 1 and Level 2 of CBI training. We are now creating Level 3 content, mostly for senior managers' training. We intend to create audio/video case studies of some actual interviews. Will an expert CBI trainer want to collaborate with us? This will require advanced competency on this subject. RSVP.

Dear Geeta,
I have been conducting training on Behavioral Interviewing (BI) or Competency-Based Interviewing (CBI) for years. About four and a half years ago, a member of this forum attended my training and later posted in this forum. You may click the following link to refer to the post:

In BI, the real skills of the interviewer depend on his/her ability to ask supporting questions. Asking CV-specific questions is also a skill. The third skill of the interviewer is to analyze the replies given by the interviewee.
To handle BI or CBI, the interviewer requires great maturity, lest it may do more damage than good. Secondly, BI is a time-consuming process. Therefore, asking key questions in a limited time span is also a challenge.
Please confirm how we can collaborate. Call me on my mobile, and we shall discuss further.
Thanks,
