Hi, I need clarification on HR courses. I am an HRMS (IT professional) with 4+ years of experience in implementing/analyzing HRMS systems in different companies in the UAE. I would like to transition into a purely HR functional role, such as an HR generalist. Can anyone suggest if obtaining the CHRP certification would be the right choice to further my career? Currently, I am exploring opportunities and feel that now is the ideal time to pursue additional courses. Please guide me.
Thanks

You can pursue the "Social Media in HR" course, an E-Cornell (Ivy League certification) course offered by Medvarsity. This is an online course where students can learn about developing smart HR strategies using social media platforms and organizing employees in organizations.
