I had applied for a claim on 16th October 2018, and on 29th October 2018, the status was listed as Under Process. On 30th October 2018, Form 10-C was settled, but Form 19 was not available. However, this morning, it is still showing as not available. The amount from Form 10-C has not been credited. What does this mean?
