I have submitted my pf form on 10.05.2018 till 03.06.2018 it was showing as under process suddenly it’s shows status not available... mailed my ex employer and pf Bandar office no response.

I have also encountered the same issue. I submitted my claim on 03/08/2018. Till 17/08/2018, the status was "Under Process." Today it suddenly shows N/A "Status not available." However, the amount is approved. Is it rejected? Or what action should I take on this issue?
