Finally, I have requested him to comply and asked him to just fill out those papers, scan them, and send them to me to complete the exit formalities. He replied that he wouldn't do any such thing. And if I'm not wrong, we cannot take any legal steps against him to compel him to complete the formalities, nor can we keep his name on the payroll forever. Hence, I better park this issue, as my seniors in the organization are not showing me a way out, nor are they listening to any of my advice.
