Respected Raghunath Sir,
Thank you once again for the attached file. Sir, the information written in the second spreadsheet (the second and third last line) is embedded. The information in these two lines is not clear and cannot be edited as it's a picture. I would be really thankful to you if you could provide the information from the last, third, and second line on the second spreadsheet.

Dear Mr. Vikas,
I tried to post the Excel sheet. Unfortunately, the system is rejecting it as an invalid file. Anyway, please see the following comments written on the second page of the Excel sheet:
QUOTE
Seven persons can cover two spots with no reliever. The above table is just an illustration. In actual practice, you have to provide for leave reserve - an extra person per spot, or sharing two spots. It also assumes that at least some persons are competent to work in both spots. Shift allocation is done randomly for illustration. In actuality, it may follow a cyclic pattern for smooth changeover.

Respected Raghunathan Sir,
Thank you for providing me information related to shift working. Sir, does a company have to maintain a shift working policy manual, and does this policy manual have to be authenticated with the inspector/chief inspector before implementing?
Sir, adding to your workload, is there a systematic process of forecasting in a manufacturing industry? If you have any details on forecasting policy, I would be obliged.
