Before sending a Registered Letter, I thought of checking with the Employer once again, and he confirmed to me that it will take 60 days with an Audacity. I have the email where they have said that my full and final settlement will be paid by the 1st week of Feb-2015. So please suggest what I should do. Should I go ahead with the letter and inform the Labor Inspector.
