Hi Sir,

This issue is something which may affect both the employer and the employee. Reducing working hours may sometimes lead to delays in productivity. It is a benefit for the employee that they can spend only a few hours in the organization, but we can't reduce their monetary benefits too. So, 8 hours of working is the best. It's my suggestion.
