Adding employer contributions to the CTC of an employee is correct, and there is no harm in that. CTC stands for the cost to the company for that employee. The employer's contribution to the PF on behalf of the employee represents the cost incurred by the employer or company for that employee. Therefore, it is perfectly acceptable to include the employer's contribution towards PF or ESI on behalf of the employee.

Hello Everyone,

Can anyone tell me if Employer's PF is a part of CTC and both Employees' and Employers' PF are being deducted, as Employers' PF is a part of CTC, will it cause any issues during a PF inspection?

Please let me know.

TIA
