Hi,

MIS is a database wherein all the information of the organization is saved for future reference. For example, if a company needs to forecast its sales, it can take into consideration the MIS report of the previous year's sales. Hope this will help.

MIS (Management Information System) is the present status (what is what) of a particular thing. It may be department-wise. Based on that, management knows about the current status of a particular thing, whether it is HR, Sales, Production, etc. It is a must for every department to keep for forecasting, etc.

Thanks,
Prabakar

KRA - Key Result Areas

You need to know your personal KRA, Professional KRA. Personal KRAs are those which are related to your personal growth. Professional KRAs would be your job-related profile that you are handling and supposed to do.
