Friends you join the regular college for LLB and then submit a letter to the principal saying that you are working. Most colleges allows this and so without daily attendance you can complete your course.
But you have to attend practicals and prelims on time.

Hi guys,

If you are looking for distance learning, there are not many that I know of. If you are interested in law-related subjects, why don't you consider the LLB from the University of London (external)? I think you should be able to sit for the exams in your country and still pursue it on a part-time basis. One of my sites also provides free materials on LLB - please feel free to use them. Alternatively, see if the university can offer you something more specific to your needs.

Cheers

Hi Folks,

If anyone wants to do an L.L.B. (Regular - Classes not compulsory) course in a Karnataka-based university with a Bar Council-approved college, please contact 09884123715 or email hrsiva@hotmail.com. This is the last chance this year; from next year, no one above 30 years old can do the course.

Dear Octavious,

With reference to your above quote, I seek guidance. I have completed my MBA in HR and wish to pursue a course in LAW. The options I have are LLB, Masters in Business Law, and CS. Please guide me on which of the above studies would add value to my professional career.

I am eagerly awaiting your reply at the earliest as admissions to the above courses are closing soon. You may email me at sunil.kotian@hmshost.com.

There are various universities and colleges offering Diploma/Master's Degree in Labour Law or Business Law. For a two-year distance learning MLL programme, the options include:

1. Symbiosis - MLL (part-time, 2 years)
2. XLRI - (part-time, 2 years through Reliance centres)
3. IGNOU
4. KOTA OPEN UNIV
5. National Law School, PUNE - Mas. in Business Law

For one-year distance learning Diploma courses:

1. Symb - Dip in Labour Law
2. AIIMAS - Dip in Labour Law

There may be a few more, but I found these relevant. However, since all these are distance learning courses, can anyone here in the forum tell me if there are any regular programs in law being offered by colleges where attendance is not a must.
