Dear Shilpi,

In current practice, all employers have to fill up/ update missing details like Name, DOJ, DOB, etc., through E-Seva (online). So please contact your employer (Outsource Agency) and submit an application for changes so they can directly update the missing data file that the PF department will change accordingly.

Alternatively, your employer can submit the application to the PF department separately for the same.
