Presently, I am working as an HR in XXX Projects Limited on third-party payrolls. I have been looking for a job change for nearly 6 months but couldn't get any opportunity. The scope for learning here is very limited as we mostly source candidates and send them to our clients as inspectors in Gulf countries for the oil and gas industry. In HR, our focus is mainly on recruitments. I want to learn beyond recruitments. I have also worked in different industries - is that an obstacle in searching for a job? Please suggest.
