Dear member,
It is advisable to pursue a PG diploma course in HR Management for a duration of 2 years. Employers often give first preference to MBA graduates for this reason. Apart from universities, no institute awards MBA degrees. Even IIMs also grant PG Diploma in Management, with the certificate stating it as equivalent to an MBA.
It may be considered a waste of time and money to undertake a 1-year PG diploma as a part-time course, as these diplomas may not yield substantial benefits. For more details, please contact me at rkn61@rediffmail.com.

Thank you for your valuable reply. In my belief, knowledge is the main key to achieving success in any field. While I understand that recruiters often give preference to MBA students, what about those who have completed a PGDHRM (One Year) program? It may not hold the same weight, but for a dedicated learner and seeker, success is still attainable.
Many individuals are unable to commit to a full 2-year MBA program. For them, a concise, summarized, and time-saving PG diploma is a blessing.
