Surely, being an analyst is not an easy task as analysis requires expertise in the subject. It requires skills in fact-finding, error reduction, understanding problems, providing optimum solutions from available alternatives, and cost reduction.

Dear Kailash HR Solutions,
You could have told us what type of HR consulting services you provide. It is important for you to develop or diversify the business. Therefore, within the HR domain, the courses that are effective for regular HR professionals may not fulfill your purpose.
The important question for you will be in what direction your company should go. Therefore, it is crucial for you to understand the strategic aspects of the business. Have you prepared a strategic plan for your company? When I mention a strategic plan, I am referring to whether you have utilized various tools of business strategy and subsequently formulated a plan. Please do not mistake a revenue target for a strategic plan.
Technological disruptions are occurring at breakneck speed. Hence, the most crucial question for you is how to remain relevant in 2025, 2030, or beyond. Once you establish the strategic goal, you can then select the HR course that will best serve your purpose.
For short-term gains, you may consider taking a course that aids you in calculating the return on investment (ROI) of your services. Measuring the ROI of HR interventions poses a significant challenge for HR professionals. Therefore, by providing the ROI, you may be able to refine your sales pitch effectively.
Thanks,
