Dear Sir,
The minimum service period for eligibility to withdraw PF is 180 days. After this period, the employee's contribution to PF can be withdrawn. The best option to avoid this loss is:
1) To transfer the PF accumulation from the present employer to the new employer by submitting Form 14
or
2) To obtain the scheme certificate from the authority, subject to the eligibility for the scheme certificate by the resigned employee who applied for the withdrawal of EPF.
Thank you & Best Regards,

Dear Sir,
I have completed my Post Graduation on a regular basis while working in a multinational company (Vedanta Aluminium Ltd). Now, I have taken admission to an MBA program. Can I produce my certificate and claim better opportunities within the current company? Or if I decide to transition to another company, will they acknowledge my higher education?
Kindly advise me on this matter, for which I would be grateful.
Regards,
Biswajit Sendha.

You can withdraw EPF after a gap of 2 months following your resignation, including both your and employer contributions.
In the case of the employer's contribution, the FPF amount will be locked after 9.4 years. This means you cannot withdraw this amount upon completing 9.4 years of service.
