Hi, in which circumstances can we withdraw EPF from EPFO and after how many years? I have transferred my previous organization's PF (worked for 2 years) to the new one (already 2 years), UAN remains the same. In case of any emergency, how can I withdraw the complete PF amount? Your help is appreciated. Thanks.

You can withdraw your PF only for these reasons when you are on duty:
1) You submit your resignation and serve a 60-day notice period.
2) After you retire.
3) In case of an emergency:
- Marriage (30-40% of your savings)
- Hospitality (100%)
- Education (50%)
- Housing (depending on your area)
You can withdraw the PF amount by using Form 31 (which is for Partial PF withdrawal). The time taken for PF withdrawal is a maximum of 3 weeks. For PF Forms and other PF-related queries, refer to the link: https://www.stacowiki.in/en/acts/st-central/provident-fund-pf/"
