Hi. bidhan
plz say me one thing now a days you are working or not with any organisation..
if yes then better option is TRANSFER OF YOUR E PF and download Form No. 13 Transfer form.
which one you have not requirement of Authorised signature of privous company. and very easy process.
if you fill the form no. 19 and 10C then possible it will be required more documents like Bank A.c. 3A, and etc...

Dear Bidhan
You have two options:
Withdrawal of PF & Pension: by submitting form no 10 c & 19, if your services is more than six months.
If your services is less than 6 months than you are not liable for claiming your pension fund amount in such case you have to fill only form no for no 19. and sent it to PF dept through your previous employer after doing rest formalities by the employer.
2nd option is PF transfer to current employer's PF account by filling form no 13.
