Dear Sir,
I have been working in Organisation, a company based in India, registered in Lanka as well. For the past 2 years, I have been working in Lanka, and the company deducts my EPF and ETF from my salary. However, the issue is that the company has not provided me with a salary slip, EPF slip, or EPF number since I joined.

Hi,
I had an agreement with my company for 3 years, but I broke it because the company was only paying me half salary. So, I filed a labor case, and then the company removed me, stating I did not have the caliber, etc.
As per my agreement, if I quit or they remove me, I need to pay 1 lakh, and my check is deposited in my company as security. Now, I am fighting for my pending salary and PF amount.
Please assist.
