For instance, if the manpower requirement in a particular location is 6, then 7 employees need to be engaged, and they will have staggered off days - Monday, Tuesday, through to Sunday. This is a simple example, and the specifics will vary depending on the area and the number of employees deployed, requiring a detailed study for each industry. A thorough examination is essential before implementation within a specific industry.
It is advisable to inform and discuss with the local Factory Directorate before implementation.
