Dear Alka,

Regarding your post, I suggest that I know it is not easy to find a job related to HR, so there is no need to be frustrated. You should continue your search. Firstly, try applying for a position as an HR trainee or as a trainee in an HR-related article. You need to enhance your training practices, which should include tasks like payroll, to increase your chances of success.

All the best,
Aadarsh

Dear friend,

I understand your anguish. Not getting a job is a big shocker, especially when you feel you have a good academic record. Well, academics alone do not make an employer choose a person; there is something more. Look into your CV and see what more you have to offer in terms of your skill sets. One suggestion - have you tried for the Defence forces? There is a huge vacancy there. Maybe you need to be more flexible in your choice of job stations.

Wishing you the best for your efforts soon.

Don't go for a salary package, don't go for a multinational company. First, get any job, gain some experience. Only qualifications can't provide a good job; it will depend on both your qualifications and experience. In HR, you should have at least 4-5 years of working experience. Try to contact your nearest placement company.

Dear Alka,

I know it is very difficult to get a job in HR as a fresher in today's scenario. But not to worry, start your career in any consultancy as a recruiter and simultaneously keep watch on HR generalist profiles. To sit idle at home is better to start a job, and recruitment is also a part of HR.

Hello Alka,

Keep faith in God; I also graduated in the same field as you. I come from a distance learning background, which is much less than yours. I still have faith that I will get a job as a Management Trainee. Currently, I am doing a good job related to my undergraduate subjects, which is Polymer Science. So, keep trying and stay cool.

Take care,
B...bye...
