If you do not know much, I suggest that you do a search using Google or other search engines on the topic. I am presently working on a project with HDFC Standard Life about "recruitment and retention management practices in the company," which is closely related to your project on employee engagement activities. I am almost done with my project but I have not received a good response related to the employee retention part. I would like to request you to share the details of your project to help me with mine as I have to submit it very soon. I really need your help.
