I would like to know what will be the penalty and interest raised for not filing monthly return PF from April-10 to Oct 2010 .
Please let me know immediately as i want to give the feed back immediately

There is no any provision regarding penalty & intrest on late submission of EPF Annual Return.
However penalty & intrest impose if you deposited EPF contribution late. However to avoid any inconvenience you must submitt the return timely.
